The service here was outstanding, and the room was sunny with a tram stop nearby and air conditioning. ☀️

I loved the standard queen room which was brand-new.

By and large, it was lovely place for sightseeing in Berlin, had much fun and met genuinely helpful and responsive staff at the reception desk. Really enjoyed staying at the standard queen room with comfortable beds and a shower plus complimentary drinks. The location for our purpose was perfect, close to a tram station. Furthermore, the area was very nice.

The staff made us feel really welcome and the breakfast had a great variety of tasty food, which was made with quality ingredients, creating a safe and pleasant place to stay.

Good breakfast, free internet through computer in the hotel lobby, parking space available on request, close to public transport, shops and restaurants nearby.

We requested a quiet room and were given one on the front of the hotel where we heard a lot of traffic noise. No blinding curtains to keep out the day light.

-We really enjoy our breakfast.It was...perfect.-The situation of the hotel it was very convenient for all:metro, tram, etc.-

-Free internet in the rooms.-Is it necessary to have pay tv?

The room was reasonably spacious and upgraded with smoke detectors for safety measures, an electronic key card, a work desk, and a coffee/tea maker. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the view was good.

Very nice and helpful staff at reception when we arrived. We got a nice room with the requested baby cot all in place. Room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was not too small and clean and fresh. Very nice breakfast buffe. Great location with the tram stop just outside.

Very good location,the tram stop is just opposite the hotel and only a few stops until you reach Alexander platz.Very good breakfast.

Although we ordered a smoking room,the smell as you get in the room was too much,even for a smoker

The location was fantastic with shops and supermarkets within walking distance. Cafeteria Cafe Eckstern located 1 km away was a pleasant surprise.- Affordable restaurant offering local dishes.
